"Come to Me . . ." (Matthew 11:28)

“If I will simply come to Jesus, my real life will be brought into harmony with my real desires . . . . At the most unexpected moments in your life there is this whisper of the Lord – ‘Come to Me,’ and you are immediately drawn to Him. Personal contact with Jesus changes everything. Be ‘foolish’ enough to come and commit yourself to what He says” (Oswald Chambers, My Utmost for His Highest).

Have you heard that whisper?
In a quiet moment, when your heart can be heard, do you hear the longing of your soul saying, “I want to; how desperately I long to come to you!” Listen. It is God’s invitation to you. Let nothing hold you back. He will show you how to run with Him, leaping over every obstacle. You need only come to Him in your weakness and inability, and ask. Hold up your arms and cry, “Help me!” And He will pick you up like a little child and carry you. He will teach you to walk, then to run and leap with Him.

. . . there is no circumstance of life in which we cannot abide in Jesus. ‘We will come to him and make Our home with him’ (John 14:23). Put no conditions on your life – let Jesus be everything to you . . .” (Oswald Chambers, emphasis added).

When you do, He will invade your life! Eternity is being with Him. We don't have to wait for Heaven! We can learn to know His presence at every moment, starting now.
